Make fine paste of corriender and green chilles and keep aside. Boil cashews and rinse. Make fine paste and keep aside. take the onions and make a thick paste. Take a thick bottom pan and heat some oil. Add the onion paste. Once it is light brown add ginger-garlic paste. Stir it for 5 minutes and then add the corriender-green chilly paste. Add turmeric powder and mix it well. Heat it for 3 minutes and then add the chicken along with salt to taste. Cook it on a low flame. After 20 mins add 1 cup of water and squeeze 2 full lemons and simmer it for another 20 minutes or till the chicken is tender. Add the cashew paste and slowly stir it. Simmer again for 5 minutes. Serve hot
