This is a mouth watering sweet which no body can refuse. The name comes from the seven cups of ingredients we use.
- Add all the ingredients one by one in a very good non-stick pan.
- Grease a tray with ghee and keep it ready.
- keep the pan with all ingredients over medium flame.
- Continuously stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
- Never stop stirring till its ends.
- Intially clumps may form. Dont worry. later on it will dissolve on its own.
- Slowly the mixture will get solidified.
- When the sweet is ready , You will get a very very good flavour. which is an indication.
- For testing pour a drop of the mixture over the tray (without stopping the stirring Of the mixture in the pan) If the drop froms in to a solid with in a minute or two, Then pour the entire mixture over the tray. Spred evenly. After 10 Minutes make into pieces. wih a knife.
- If it does not gets into a solid, Dont panic, Pour the mixture into the pan again and stir for some more time.
- One of the indiacation is the mixture will become non sticking on the pan. Try this recepie and let me know if it is really good.
