- In a jar, add dry coconut, ginger, garlic, 2 cloves, 1 cardamom, cinnamon stick, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and grind it into fine paste.
- Dry roast coriander powder, 1 cardamom, 1 clove and cumin seeds. Let it cool.
- Put the roasted mixture into jar and grind into fine powder.
- In a pan, add meat, red chili powder, turmeric powder,roasted masala powder, oil and salt.
- Add 4 cups of water and mix it properly.
- Keep it on medium flame for 25 minutes.
- When meat is cooked then add tomoto paste and let it cook for 5 minutes more on low flame
- Now add coconut masala paste and let it cook for 5 minutes.
