This is a quick and easy Northern Thai chicken curry prepared with chicken, spicy paste and coconut milk.
- Take a mixie jar and add coriander stems, dry red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon grass, ginger, garlic, onion, salt and blend into red colour paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add red colour paste, lemon leaves, turmeric powder, chicken and saute it.
- To it add coconut milk and place lid and cook for 15- 20 minutes with lid on it.
Now the red thai style chicken is ready to serve.
