Heat the dosa pan and make dosa, when it is slightly burnt on one side and comes out burn it on second side for just a minute now again reverse it and spread the onion chutney onto the second side or inner side of dosa. 5. Let it heat for a minute and then sprinkle putnaala podi on the dosa to make the chutney sit nicely on the inner portion. 6. Just keep it on a pan till it gets the right brown burning of a dosa. do not turn it, but just make it into a semi circle and serve. 7.
