Raw Mango Ginger Chutney is simple summer side-dish which tastes amazingly good.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add dry red chillies, chopped ginger and saute it for 4 - 5 minutes , put off the flame , cool it and grind to a coarse powder.
- In the same pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves, hing, ginger paste and saute it.
- Now add salt, jaggery, cook well for about 4 - 5 minutes, switch off the flame, add chopped raw mango pieces and serve it hot with rice or roti of your choice.
