Rava ladoo is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet. This is a festive recipe prepared especially for Diwali.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add sago and saute it and add cashew nuts saute it again and remove it into a bowl.
- In the same pan roast the semolina and saute it on a slow flame until it comes to brown color and keep it aside until it cools down.
- Transfer into a blender and blend into a coarse powder.
- In the sago cashew nuts bowl add semolina powder, cardamom powder, sugar powder, salt and mix thoroughly.
- Add ghee and make ladoos.
