This is a recipe for ras malai you can make it in less than 15 mins.For milk.
1. Boil Milk and add sugar, kesar, ilaychi powder and pistas.
2. Boil milk for 5 mins.
1. Heat 2 cups of water. Heat to temperature in which you can put your hand.
2. squeeze out any sugar water from rusgulla and put it in hot water , one by one.
3. Now squeeze out the water from russgulla and put them in milk.
refrigerate this for 2 hrs.
rasmalai is ready.
