Idiyappam is a traditional South Indian breakfast or evening dish, especially in Tamil Nadu
- Boil water with little salt in a pan, when starts to boil add rice flour and mix nicely.
- Make dumpling and idiyappam mold and press it on greased steamer plate or idly plate and place it in a steamer for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat sesame seed oil in a pan and mustard seeds, urad dal. Chana dal, dry red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, saute it and switch off the flame.
