WHEAT FLOUR DOSA WITH EGG AND CHEESE

Ingredients used in WHEAT FLOUR DOSA WITH EGG AND CHEESE
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Salt as per taste - 1 to taste.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Water as required - 1 as required.
• Red capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Green capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoons.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Pepper - 1 pinch.
• Cheese - 2 tablespoons.
• Mayonnaise sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add wheat flour, a pinchof baking soda, salt as per taste and mix it well.
  • Then add little bit of water and make it like a dosa batter.
  • Now take a plate add chopped red and green capsicum, onion, coriander leaves and mix it once.
  • Take a bowl and add eggs, pinch of salt, crushed pepper, mix it well and keep aside.
  • Then take a pan spread the wheat flour batter like dosa and add ghee on top of it.
  • Now pour the egg mixture like the omelet.
  • Then add up of the dosa chopped vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup.
  • Now roll the dosa and serve it.

Whole Wheat flour

Whole Wheat flour is commonly known as Atta or Gehun ka atta in most India states.It is a complex carbohydrate and often used for making flatbreads such as Chapati, Roti, Paratha or puri. Traditionally fresh atta is prepared at home by grinding wheat in homemade stone grinder known as Chakki but nowadays we get a wide variety of Atta flour in different brand names. Whole wheat flour has high fiber content due to high bran and is also high in gluten thus its dough is strong and rolled out very thin.
