Fried potato in Mayo is an easy to prepare snack recipe made with battered fried baby potatoes dunked in a comforting amalgamation of Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, garlic and lemon juice mixture. Boiled baby potatoes are coated with a nice batter made of cornstarch and all-purpose flour which is deep fried until golden in color and crisp and is later tossed in a delicious sauce made with mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, garlic and lemon juice all mixed together making this dish just awesome and super delicious. i watched your video .but i didn't understand one simple thing..when u started a making of sauce, at the beginning (1:43) what you added i didn't understand what it is....?

I like most of your recipes, but that sauce looks and sounds horrible...... raw spices, raw garlic, and some mayo and ketchup?! YUCK?
