Ingredients used in CABBAGE PEAS CURRY
• Cabbage - 3 cup.
• Peas - 1 cup.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped onion, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, asafoetida and saute it.
  • Now add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute it.
  • Then add boiled green peas, cabbage, little water and cook it with the lid on it for some time on slow flame.
  • Then add chopped tomato, coriander leaves and mix it thoroughly then place the lid on and switch off the flame.
  • After some time the curry is ready to serve with roti and chapati.
