A spicy prawn curry with tomato based gravy.
Wash the prawns. Rub a little salt onto them. Heat the oil in the deep pan. Fry the prawns a little ( wont take a long time to fry them ). Put the fried prawns aside. In the pan put bay leaf and whole garam masala and add ginger paste to it. Fry a little and add cumin powder to it. Add red chilli powder, salt and a little sugar. Now add chopped tomatoes and make a fine pulp out of the ingredients. add a little water to help adjust the consistency. When the bubbles start coming out, add the fried prawns and mix with the curry. After around 2- 3 mins, add fresh cream to it and stir a little. Dish will be ready in the next 3-4 minutes.
