prawn biryani can be eaten alone and no combination required.try and enjoy it.

Firstly,clean the prawns with some salt/wheat flour and water.with this,bad odour/smell goes away.Now apply some salt,red chiili powder,ginger-garlic paste,turmeric(enough to prawns) to cleaned prawns in one vessel(no need to add water here) and put on a low flame to cook for 5 to 10 minutes till the water content is obsorbed.After finishing this process,keep it a side. Secondly,take the cooker and put oil.once oil heated up,put cashew nuts, whole garam masalas like bay leaves,cloves,mace,cardamom,cinnamon,poppy,black cumin seeds and fry it for 2mins.Add chopped onion slices,green chilli and fry till onion turns into brown color.Add some ginger-garlic paste and fry it till oil comes out.Add chopped tomatoes, cook till they become pulpyand oil leaves from masala. Next,add cooked prawns,masala powders like red chilli powder,daniya powder,garam masala,salt and fry for 2mins.Add some curd,stir,cook for 5mins.Add half an hour soaked basmati rice,stir it well for 2mins.Add 3cup of water,ghee,some coriander leaves and put cooker for 2 or 3 whistles.
