Simple and delious Prawn Biryani for anyone who loves fish sweet n spicy

Heat Oil in a pressure cooker. Put Bay Leaf, Cardemon and Cloves and Fry them until they smell and get coloured. Add Ginger/Garlic/Green Chili untill ginger/garlic paste is cooked. Fry Onions in ghee in an seperate flat pan untill they are brown fried, and add half in the cooker. Add Tomatoes and Shrimp, Red Chili Powder, Salt and Mint finely chopped. Add Coconut Milk, and biryani masala and 2 cups of rice, add the left over fried onions on top with dhania. Cover, let it boil and till only 1 whistle then remove from the stove. .
