This Potato kuruma goes well with chapati, poori and paratha. I have tried this kuruma of my own and came out really awesome
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cloves and cinamon. Once the mustards crack and the spices done, add ginger garlic paste + turmeric powder. Once the raw flavour from gingergarlic leaves, add onion. Add little salt and add green chillies (that has no seeds inside). Saute until the onions are done. Now add tomatoes. Once oil floats at the top, add salt and cooked potatos. Now its time to add sambar powder and the grinded paste (coconut and peanut grinded with little water). Once boiling starts, add a cup of hot water. Close the lid until everything is dome but do remember to stir meanwhile. before switchingoff, add curry leaves and cilantro. Stir onl once. Switch off the stove and close the lid.
