This is the Famous Indian poori combination curry. It was delicious and tasty curry.
- Heat oil in a pan, mustard seeds, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, little salt and saute it for a one minute.
- Add potato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute it, cook with the lid on for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomato, on high flame saute it. Add salt and cook tomato.
- In a bowl, add water, chickpea flour and mix nicely without any lumps.
- Once the tomato is cooked add water and boil it, check for seasoning and add salt and mix it.
- To it add chickpea flour and cook until it comes to slightly thick consistency.
- At last, add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- To make poori dough: Take a bowl, add wheat flour, little salt, water, mix nicely to make a stiff dough.
- Divide dough into small dumpling and roll into small poori and deep fry in hot oil.
Now poori curry is ready to serve with poori’s.
