Description

Kulfi or Qulfi is a popular flavored frozen dessert made from milk which originated in South Asia. In hot and semi-dry climate like Ahmadabad, India it gets popular during summer evenings.

Mix all liquid ingredients in to nonstick deep pan and boil it for 15 min. stir it constantly. And then mix grated cardamom, pistachios in to the liquid. Boil it another 15 min and stir it well constantly. Then take one half cup milk from this liquid mixture and add corn starch and mix it very well and then pour it in to the main liquid mixture. Let it keep aside to cool it and then pour in to the Kulfi mould or air tight container. And then keep it in deep freezer for 8 to 9 hours.
