Description

Traditional south indian sweet with a difference.1. Take a pan and melt the butter till it becomes ghee. ( Add the cashews and almonds now and fry till they turn golden brown in colour and transfer them to another container ) 2. Now add the sooji to it and fry for some time til it gets go goldeb brown colour 3. Replace the mixture in another container. 4. Now add 2-3 cups of water and let it boil for some time. 5. After it is done, add the sooji mix to it and strir it for some time . 6. Once the mixture becomes thick , u are now good to add sugar to it . This makes it more silky 7. Keep stirring occasionally. 8. Check once in a while if the consistency is correct. If not add the required ingredient very little . 9.
