Description

Goes well with lunch or dinner parties. and with chilled beer..

Take 1 whole chicken and cut into medium sizes of pieces. Take 5 whole red chillies and crush to coarse size. Take 1 table spoon of black pepper corns and crush them. Take 2 medium sized tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Take 2 medium sized onion and chop them to fine pieces. Take a non stick pan, add oil 2 tbl spoons and when its hot put red chilly crushed powder and soute and then add black pepper crushed powder and then add onion and add a pinch of salt . ( Learnt from you putting salt while frying onion). Once they turn into golden brown add tomatoes and stirr till the tomatoes and onion becomes like a paste. Then add chicken and salt to taste, add soya sauce and cover lip with low flame.In 10 minutes the pepper chicken is ready. See that all watr is dried out. If water still persists take out the lid.
