A very tasty Peanut powder which will go very good in hot Rice with Ghee or Idly or Dosa.
Peanuts also called as Palli or Ground nuts in Andhra and is very rich source of Protein If you are very tired after work and no energy to cook, then this powder gives you a good option for a great lunch or dinner. Fry some potatoes and then have this powder with hot rice along with your potato fry. To make this powder: 1.Dry roast Peanuts till light brown on a low flame. 2.Now Dry roast Red chillies and Cumin seeds together till both are slightly brown. 3.Dry roast chopped garlic clove - Garlic should be completely dry after roasting. 4.Now add all the ingredients (roasted Peanut/palli/ground nuts + Red chillies and cumin seeds), roasted Split Dalia also called as Putnaala pappu in Andhra, dry roasted garlic flakes and salt to taste. Grind all the above ingredients to almost fine powder. It is good even if the powder is little rough and not smooth like All purpose flour or wheat powder. Now store it and use when feel like eating it. Eat with hot rice and ghee and Mind!! you will never forget the taste and will lick your finger after you complete it in your plate.
