Peanuts and traditional ingredients for chutney.this is my favorite chutney for those awesome idlis, crispy dosas and the rich hot spiced pongal.1.dry roast the peanuts nicely 2.heat a pan thoroughly,add the oil and let it get hot 3.add the cummin seeds and sesame seeds,and wait till they splutter 4.add the green chillies and cover 5.after couple min.,add the onions,let them brown. 6.add tomato,let it cook without the lid.Add the tamarind and garlic. 7.cook until the water evoparates 8.grind the peanuts then add the rest including salt and enough water,grind to a smooth paste.
