Description
it is easy to cook .............n yet too delicious to resist ............I can say tat from my personal experience ..............It is done in different steps : 1) to make white sauce 2) to make red sauce 3) saute vegetables 4) boil the pasta -- boil the pasta by addin pasta in warm water n pinch of salt and lil bit of oil so as to ensure tat the pasta does not stick -- take a big pan , put sum oil or butter , one tbsp of garlic and add tomato puree of 4 large tomatoes , let tat cook by addin lil salt to it . and keep tat aside -- take a pan add rest 2 tbsp of garlin paste and add sliced onions and after they r transparent add sliced capsicum red yellow green nd sliced mushrooms sliced babycorns and brocolli and add slat to taste , and once they seem sauteed and now add corns and garam masala , coriander powder , oregano , chilli flakes and now add allt his to the big pan with cooked toamto puree and add boiled pasta to it . -- now to make white sauce , take a big non stick pan add lots of butter n make sure u dont burn it , add 4 tbsp of cornflour and mix it and while stirring continously add milk (make sure it is cold ) and bring it to boil while stirrin continously cause if it#39;lll get stick at the bottom it ruin the whole pasta ......once its consistency is perfect as a white ssauce add it to the pan with rest of the things and mix it well and cook it for 3 to 4 min on slow flame and there u go with the pasta which is very yummmmmm ..................
