Indian puloa with variation for vegis and non vegis with excellent taste.
- Take a pan, put some water and put pastas and boil it .
- Take another pan put 2 tablespoon oil and add whole garam masla and then add sliced onion,saute the onion till it gets golden brown in colour .(do it on a slow flame )so tht onion should nt get burned.
- Once the onion gets gloden brown now add all the vegetables ie capsicum and cauliflower.
- Add red chili powderand garm masala.
- Now add water ie double the amount of rice ( 1cup rice so 2 cup water)
- Now add rice which we have already soaked
- And finally add boiled pastas to it mix it once and cover it with lid till rice gets cooked.
Atlast garnish it with corianeder leaves .
