Description

This is a non spicy sambar, goes well with rice.It is popular among southern tamilnadu people for its simplicity to make and great flavour, Pressure Cook Thoor dhal with Turmeric, asafoetida, green chilli,shallot, garlic and 200 ml water . Mean time cook all the vegetables with tamarind and salt. Mash the cooked dhal with cumin seeds and add it to boiled vegetables. Heat coconut oil in a kadai and crackle mustard seeds, urid dhal and add curry leaves.
