Panjiri is a tasty but it is excellent for a lactating mother. This traditional recipe is believed to provide vital nutrients and aid lactation.
- Take a pan and dry roast the lotus seeds, transfer it into a big bowl.
- In the same pan and roast the almonds, pistachios, melon seeds with little ghee, transfer it into the big bowl.
- Add little ghee to the same pan roast the gond, transfer it into the big bowl.
- In the same pan add dessicated coconut, poppy seeds and transfer it into the big bowl.
- In the same pan roast the wheat flour and transfer it into the big bowl.
- In the same pan roast the flame of fire petals and transfer it into the big bowl.
- Take the mixie jar and add roasted ingredients, dry ginger powder, fennel powder, carom seeds, cardamom and make the smooth powder.
- Now transfer it into a plate and add sugar powder, melted ghee, salt and make the round laddu.
Now the nutritional panjiri laddu are ready to serve.
