we have seen paneer masala in many type of preparation .. but this one is awesome i have tried it twice and have got appreciation for it .... paneer masala in spicy way

* add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry GARLIC. GINGER AND ,2 ONIONS( which was given for grind ) and grind that into paste ... and keep aside * now add butter and 2 tbsp of oil to the pan the fry the paneer... and keep that aside .. * in the same oil . add sinomon stick, cloves and chopped onions ,and fry till it turn golden brown * add the ground paste to the onion * add tomatoes. cook it it is tendered, then add the .. chilly power, coriander powder, and garam masala power and salt to it .. * cook for a while and then add little water ...leave it to boil for 2 mins * now add fried paneer , and sugar * finally add little butter and your paneer butter masala is ready to taste
