Spinach paratha stuffed with flavored paneer, One of the easiest and healthiest recipe that can be prepared for breakfast or lunch or dinner which is packed with vitamins and proteins and many other nutrients. The addition of spinach and paneer makes the parathas get packed with flavours.
- In a pan heat water add spinach and blanch it for 2-3 minutes and make it into a paste by adding salt and green chilies to it.
- In a bowl add wheat flour, spinach paste, oil and by adding water make it like a soft dough and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
- In a bowl add grated paneer, grated cheese, mix it and make it like a small dumplings
- Now, stuff paneer and cheese balls in a dough and roll it like a Parata then roast it on heat tava by adding butter.
- In a plate add oats, chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, curry leaves, coriander, salt and by adding some water make it like small balls
