Onion in tamarind curry sauce is easy to prepare and used in veg and non veg curries.
- Heat oil in a pan, add red chilies, mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, chana dal and saute it.
- Once chana daal is change the colour, add garlic (crushed or directly), curry leaves, turmeric powder and baby onions, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tamarind juice, tomato paste, mix it and let it cook with closed lid for 30 minutes on a slow flame.
