very tikka wal chutney can be served with chawal roti and chapatti even can eat with hot rice add ghee and chutney
firstly chop only into very long pieces,even aloo in very small pieces, and dice green chilly in to long pieces , then remove garlic and keep a side ,cut coriander keep aside , after chopping all the thing heat a pan and then add 2 spoon of oil, add mustard seeds after it splutter and chilly ,onion chopped garlic ,and aloo every thing should be add together with out gap and mix every thing add salt and mix again after 2 to 3 minutes add little water and close a led on top of vessel should cook in medium heat for 15 to 18 minutes { important note should not add more water should cook dry in onion moisture as much as possible later it should be cooked with good interest the mixture should be in light brown color } once every thing is cooked will if u have a masher you can use it and mash in hands if not put it in blender and blend it for 3 seconds should not make fine paste .
