pressure cook moong dhal with turmeric powder, mix gram flour with little water amp; keep it away. cut brinjal, tomato,potato amp; green chilli amp; pressure cook it, then peel off brinjal amp; tomato. Mix it with hand amp; mash it. Now put a pan on stove amp; leave some oil, add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds get spliter add urud dhal, curry leaves, onion amp; salt. Wait till it fry for few minutes. Then add the mashed mixture to it with sambar powder amp; remaining water while cook the vegetables. then add mashed moong dhal amp; Asafoetida mix it. Wait for some minutes once the mixture gets consistency. Then add the gram flour mixture to it amp; allow it to boil for 5 min. Finally sprinkle corriander leaves over it.
