- First wash the meat properlly.
- Than keep in a vessel than add chilli powder, turmeric powder, half of the garam masala powder, cashew nut paste, cumin powder, corriander powder, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, onion paste and a pinch of saffron powder, mustard oil and salt to taste, than mix this all well
- Than marinate for an 1/2 hour than manage it on pressure than light the stove than keep it an high flame for 5 to 7 minutes than add water than keep it on tight pressur for 15 minutes.
- Than open it and add rest of the garam masla powder and corriander leaves.
