- Wash boneless mutton in hot water. Place the mutton in pressure cooker and cook it for 4-5 whistles.
- Check if the mutton is cooked if not keep it in the cooker and allow 2-3 whistles.
- Take Palak and clean it well.Now the bunch into small pieces. Similarly clean Methi and separate the leaves and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Now add chopped onions and fry them till they are translucent.
- Add boiled mutton and turmeric. On low heat add ginger garlic paste,salt and red chilly powder.
- Place a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add palak and methi and mix them well with the mutton.
- Add little amount of water. Place the lid of the cooker and let it be cooked for 3 whistles.
