- Heat oil in a big thick bottom vessel add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, mace, peppercorns and saute it.
- In this add onion slices, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, add paneer, corn, methi leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, add some more salt add rice ( soaked for at least 15 minutes in water).
