Description

This is a fish delicacy from Tamil Nadu with tamarind extract as the base.1) Make tamarind extract according to the amount of sauce you need. 2)Make a paste of 1/2 of a big onion, tomato, pepper, jeera ,garlic and curry leaves add it to the tamarind extract. To this also add chilli powder,corriander powder and jeera powder and salt. 3)Heat 4tbsps of oil( tastes best with sesame oil ) add mustard seeds and as it starts spluttering add fenugreek seeds and then add finely chopped onions(1 big onion).
