Description

This is a traditional Iranian dessert. It is very much like Indian Halva.

In a medium size pan mix wheat starch and water until dissolved. On medium heat keep stirring till mixture gets thick. Then ad rest of ingredients and keep stirring till it gets thicker. When ready transfer into any desired bowl or dish. Let it chill fro 2 hours in refrigerator. You can also use cake mold if you like. Usually this dessert is transferred into a rectangular dish and once it is fully hardened after several hours then it is cut into small squares and garnished with powdered pistachios. Enjoy ?ó?£??
