YUMMY SWEET DISH ,READY TO EAT AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY FOR ALL AGES.TAKE A NONSTICK PAN, AND ADD UNSALTED BUTTER TO MELT. THEN add ricotta cheese,sweet condensed milk,milk powder,sugar,cardmom seeds, saffron,yellow colour which is optonal. MIX ALL WELL AND KEEP THEM COOKING ON MEDIUM FOR 15 mins. then keep on stiring till the mixture dosent stick to the ends of the pan,and it makes a ball consistancy, then off the stove ,let them cool a little bit and just grease your palms,with ghee or unsalted butter , so that you dont feel the heat on your palms and make round shaped balls,and just press them a little to give them the shape of a pedha,and garnish with sliced almonds on top. if you want to make BARFI, you can take the same mixture and then spread it on a greased plate ,spread the sliced almonds and then allow it to cool, then cut it into diamond shaped barfi#39;s.How to make the tasty recipe procedure as follows: TAKE A NONSTICK PAN, AND ADD UNSALTED BUTTER TO MELT.
