First peel off the bottle gourd.fold the peel strips (if they r v.long) and chop them like we cut almonds for sheerkhorma.heat oil in a pan and add the choppd peel.fry on a full flame.aftr they turn lil brown in color add salt,ginger garlc paste and mix well..They need to be fried till they are fully brown and bcome crispy and( looks like nails removd from finger).Then add chilli pdr and mix well.off the flame..and u may also squeez lil lemn/garnish wid coriandr and also cn add green chilly if u wish.
