Description

This is a simple 2 minute recipe will be loved by kids. A nutritional recipe.

1)Grate all the veggies and green chilies(according to spice requirements) ,keep them in a bowl marinate with salt ,pepper and lemon(if u dont like Lemon u can avoid and pepper according to how much spice you will take) 2)Heat kadai in medium flame with a tsp of oil. 3) Break the egg and pour it directly into the kadai(do not mix the yellow part) 3)Once the white slightly thickens break the yellow in such a way that yellow breaks into the while portion but does not mixes with it. 4)Now add all the veggies over the egg, spread well. 5)Once the lower part is cooked well ,tilt the egg on the other side carefully using a spatula or spoon. Cook well until u find the yellow part is also cooked well. 6)Tasty Kadai Omelets is ready. Repeat the same for the other egg.You can add what ever topping you wish to. I have just added a few veggies.
