An all time favourite and a great way to use up old rice. Uses very less ingredients. So great for those days when you want to empty your fridge before travelling.Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add the Green chillies and fry for 2-3 mins. Add the Onions (if using) and fry them to golden brown. Add salt and mix well. Add rice and mix well.
