Ritu MishraIn a big boll -- Take 2 cups of Suji, add 1 tbsp of besan, mix 3 tbsp of curd, add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli into this mixture. In the seperate pan take 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, put musturd seed-- when seed starts crackele put this mixture into our previously prepared mixture. Add chilli and salt to taste. Add water and mix well. On the non-stick pen..pour this mixture and wait until it gets brown from both side.
