this recipe i dedicate to my mom , as i am away from her for the last two years.
- Take a kadhai, put some oil add mustard seeds with curry leaves , when it crackles add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till done. and the grounded masala ( fennel, cinnamon, cardamom , corriander powder, kashmiri mirch), please note masala what you are putting should in a semiliquid form.
- Now fry the masala and add chicken,salt to it and turn for a while. add water and lett the chicken simmer and done well.
- Add coconut milk to it , stir and remove immediately.
