- Make a dough of wheat flour by seasoning it with salt (to taste) and keep aside.
- After some time, divide the dough into small portions.
- In a bowl, add boiled Bengal gram, spinach, pepper powder, salt, nutmeg powder, lime juice and mix well.
- To prepare yogurt sauce, add yogurt, chopped garlic, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
- Now roll the kneaded dough like a thin sheet then roast it on both sides.
