Description

This recipe of kofta is a healthy twist to the traditionally deep fried kofta. Served with rice or roti.

1.In a bowl add grated paneer, salt, garam masala powder, chopped green chilly, corn starch, mix it like dough, and make a koftas.
2.Steam the koftas in a rice cooker for 10 minutes.
3.Heat a pan add cumin seeds saute it without oil and add green chilly, turmeric powder and add boiled onion paste while this is cooking add ginger garlic paste then add chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and add tomato puree cook this for 5 minutes.
4.And add cashew nuts paste, fat free milk mix it well and cook this for 10 minutes.
5.Adjust the consistency of the gravy it is too thick you add some water and adjust the seasoning and add some salt, garam masala, kasuri methi powder mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes.
6.Drop the steamed koftas in the gravy and cook it for 2 to 4 minutes, then add chopped coriander leaves.
7.Serve this with Naan, Roti or pulao.
