A Wonderful Recipe with chana dal made into small dumplings
First of all dry roast the chana dal and grind it into a coarse powder.in the chana dal powder add red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste some hot oil and also add some water to make a stiff dough.make it into small dumplings(make sure there are no cracks).after that deep fry the dumplings.after taking them out from the oil after cooling little bit put it in the cold water. now for the pulusu on a hot kadai add oil and onions saute them till they are golden brown.now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric.to this add tomato pure and tamarind juice.add red chilli powder,salt.cook it till oil oozes out.add little water and add fried dumplings.cook 5 more minutes.before serving add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves.
