This is a variety green gram and egg dosa served as a tiffins or snack.
- Soak the green gram for over night and make into a fine paste (i.e., to dosa batter consistency) by adding green chilies, turmeric, ginger, and salt.
- In a bowl, add grated carrot, onion pieces, coriander, ginger pieces, green chilies pieces, cumin seeds, mix well and keep aside ( just before using add pinch of salt to taste excellent).
- Heat the tawa, pour the dosa batter and spread it evenly in a circularmotion (for dosa shape).
- On the top of it, add some oil, break open 2 eggs spread, then add pepper powder, vegetable mixture and cook both the sides for 2 minutes by putting a lid on.
Serve it hot.
