Description

Florets cooked in spicy Corianderand Spring Onion GravyBlend Spring Onions,Coriander Leaves,Garlic,Green Chillis,Yoghurt to a smooth paste. Fry the Cauliflower florets,don#39;t change the colour of it. Put it on an absorbent . Heat Desi Ghee in a pan,add Cumins Seeds. When it starts crackling add Hing,stir it and add coriander paste to it. Add all the spices except Garam Masala. Stir well till it leaves ghee to the pan. Add fried Florets to it and mix. Add water to make it a gravy, Let it boil for few mins,add Garam masala, dried Mint leaves to it.
