Description

This is a nice veggies side dish. Best served along side other spicy dishes. You can add or decrease the no of chilies. I make is less spicy and then serve it along side my spicy chicken curryClean and cut beans into bite size pieces. Heat 1 oil, add mustard seeds. When seeds begin to flutter add curry leaves, green chillies, onion and salt. Saute for a while. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. cook a little, Now add the beans and just a little water (1/4 cup). Cover and cook on low flame, stirring occasionally.
