Chicken cooked in simple and mild flavors with an extra ginger punch.
- Cut the ginger intosmall pieces.
- Mix the garam masala powder , black pepper and salt into the plain yogurt .
- Heat oil and pour the yogurt mixture in it and stir/fry until the water get evaporated and you can see the oil.
- Add the ginger pieces and stir fry for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and sprinkle littlewater over chicken. Cover pan and let cook for 15 minutes.Stir chicken thoroughly. Cook it till chicken get soft and tender.
