Delicious parathas to eat as breakfast by subramanianTo prepare the dough : Take a wide pan and pour some oil,salt to taste and little water.Knead the dough thourghly and add water if necessary little by little.Keep this mixture aside for 15 mins. To prepare the stuffing : Take a wide pan,heat it and add oil.Add mustard,cumin seeds and urud wash. When mustard pops add onion to it. When it turns light brown add all the powder and mix it well in medium flame until the mixture oozes out oil. To preare paratha: In a chapathi rolling plate spread some flour.Take a big lemon size dough, press in the middle , add the mixture and close it. Now reverse the dough and roll it neatly Put the paratha in a hot pan , pour some oil around . Leave it for 2 mins.Reverse the paratha and cook it. Fried onion paratha is ready.
